This project delivers a sophisticated online shop management system on the Telegram platform, tailored for micro-businesses in the B2C sector. It comprises two main components: a comprehensive CRM system overseeing the entire business cycle, and a Telegram web application facilitating customer orders. The client application enables users to browse the store’s inventory, mark items as favorites for easy retrieval, assemble a shopping cart for intended purchases, and place orders directly through Telegram. Payments can be processed online using a variety of providers such as Yookassa and Robocassa. Users can store their addresses and contact information for future transactions, receive real-time updates on their order status, access detailed order histories, and get alerts about special offers and discounts. Additionally, the app allows customers to interact with the shop directly, switch between light and dark themes based on the time of day, select their preferred language, and perform detailed searches for products by name, description, or article number. The CRM system supports order reception and status management, provides sales and order analytics with export capabilities, and allows the creation of multiple shops, warehouses, and delivery points across various regions or countries. Businesses can design their own product catalogs or import existing ones via YML files, maintain accurate inventory records across multiple storage locations, and build a comprehensive customer database. Communication with customers is streamlined through direct Telegram messaging, and mass mailings featuring text and images can be scheduled to inform customers about promotions and discounts.
